Holy Trinity OCIA Volunteers

That time of year again, and we need your help. Next year, we expect close to 200 OCIA participants. We are starting a separate OCIA track for our Spanish speakers and for High School this year. We need help with Elementary, Middle, and High School students as well as Adult and Spanish. CURRENT VOLUNTEERS - PLEASE SIGN UP AGAIN SO WE KNOW IF YOU ARE RETURNING. 1. We need help with table leaders, which is a weekly commitment from August to Easter, but we double you up with another table leader so you don't have to be there every week. We need both English- and Spanish-speaking table leaders. 2. We need Catechists (teachers) and helpers for Elementary and Middle School. 3. Set-Up and Break-Down of the room each week includes setting out and preparing the coffee and food. We have volunteers bring food, but we need help setting the food out and cleaning up each week. We are looking for a leader to oversee the whole process, as well as about six couples to take a few weekends each year to help, so that no one couple has to commit to every weekend. If you are interested in helping, and even if you can't commit to every weekend, we can still use your help.
